IncrediMail is a popular and well used application but it is not without its faults. While many earlier problems have been ironed out there are some common problems that do still exist that users may suffer from. Most can be resolved quickly and painlessly to ensure that you continue to enjoy the benefits that IncrediMail has to offer.

Associated Errors – An inability to access your email or the IncrediMail program is a fairly common problem. Other problems include the application hanging or freezing, an inability to send messages, and certain formatting elements not working properly.

Finally, ensure that your SMTP server authentication settings are accurate, including your username, password, and the actual SMTP server address. If this information is incorrect then you will not be able to send emails at all using the IncrediMail application.
