Good day, Thank you very much for your product. My computer became infected on Thursday 29 June 2006 with some viruses and malicious spyware and although I had the latest version of Norton software on my computer the anti-virus programs could not pick up any viruses. I was 5 hours on the phone, from South Africa to America, with their call desk to try and resolve the issues. They even controlled my computer remotely to see if the can clean up my computer. Out of desperation I took my computer to technicians to resolve the problems. They worked on my computer from Sunday morning 10:00 until Monday 3 July 2006 10:00 to resolve the problems without success. I managed to get hold of your program today at about 17:00 and the problems were resolved at 17:30. All viruses, spyware etc. were removed within 30 minutes.
